Returns & Exchanges

At parkrun Asia Pacific, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached, and include the provided return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the prepaid or standard shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
